Refund policy

The Flying Sox really wants you to be happy with your product, but we understand that there can be turbulent times.  If you are not happy, you can return your product for a refund or store credit.

We have a 14 (fourteen) day Return Policy, which means you have 14 (fourteen) days after receiving your item to request a return. In order to be eligible for a return, the following needs to be complied with:

  • You return the item(s) within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery.
  • Item must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in all original packaging, and items must be included.
  • You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If your order has been dispatched or delivered, and you'd like to return the items for a refund or store credit, the shipping costs involved will be on you.

To start a return, or if you have any return queries, you can contact us at keegan@theflyingsox.co.za If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

We understand that sometimes defective socks can slip through the system, so please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 (seven) days if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can review the situation.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on sale items.

Store credit

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you can use your store credit to make a separate purchase for a new pair of socks.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank, or credit card company, to process and post the refund too.
